How long do custom orders take?
Most custom orders are completed within 5–10 business days after your design is approved. Larger orders, embroidery, rhinestone designs, and specialty items may require additional time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We proudly ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Local pickup may also be available for customers in the Concord, Virginia area.
Can I upload my own design?
Absolutely! You can upload your own artwork, logo, or image when placing your order. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, or EPS files with a transparent background whenever possible. If your artwork needs adjustments, we’re happy to help.
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts on larger orders for schools, churches, businesses, sports teams, family reunions, weddings, birthday parties, and special events. Contact us for a custom quote based on your quantity and design.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, when our production schedule allows. Rush order fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering to check availability.
Can I see a proof before my order is made?
Yes. For custom designs, we’ll send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production starts only after you’ve approved the design.
How do I care for my items?
To keep your custom apparel looking its best:
* Wash inside out in cold water.
* Use mild detergent.
* Do not use bleach.
* Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
* Do not iron directly over the design.
* Avoid dry cleaning unless the garment instructions recommend it.
Following these instructions will help extend the life of your custom item.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (if enabled), and other payment methods available through our Shopify checkout.
Can I return or exchange custom items?
Because every custom item is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged. Please review your order carefully before approving production.
